They had customers waiting and they were on the phone with a manager trying to resolve issues within the hotel. when they finally help me they promised to refund the room because I had to wait and was given a smoking allowed room in lieu of non-smoking. They eventually check us in. The hotel is noisy due to its location near a main intersection."

"Room was clean and well maintained, i loved that they are pet friendly since i had gotten turned away from a different motel because of my pets."
