"The stay in my opinion was horrible, days before the trip she said she had to switch properties because of a plumbing issue and the property I chose was not accommodating. The staff in the hotel was rude, they were painting on my floor and no wet signs were put up so I ruined an outfit. Overall the stay was not good."

"The unmanned check-in procedures worked pretty well, and the property was functional, spacious and clean. However, the online reservation has a significant glitch: somehow between selecting the day and paying, the site switched the week I wanted (same weekday, wrong week), and as soon as I'd paid it would not allow me to change or cancel without penalty. So, I paid twice. Not much savings there!!"
