Swimming pool closed, card enty didn't work, no refrigerator and microwave, calking looked like a two-year-old did it, tub leaked into lower floor as reported by the person staying in lower room, no phone to call to desk, no elevator, and requested adjoining rooms and did not receive. Went down to desk and rang the bell for ten to fifteen minutes before anyone came and then they didn't seem to care. Desk attendent says they will be remodeling in a month but if they're going...

"I was looking for an extended stay that had a kitchenette in the room but decided to book here to save money and to avoid having to make longer trips to get to Allen Hospital. The hotel needs a lot of updating from the rooms to the parking lot and lighting in the parking lot. We were moderately comfortable during our stay and able to save money since we were able to use the refrigerator to store food and the microwave to prepare some meals instead of eating out for every meal."
