"I didn't like that It wasn't no hot water.. The toilet wasn't clean inside of it and the bathtub wasn't clean also and the towels had spots on it. And the pillows had spots on it. Overall, I did like that Dollar General was right there;to buy what we needed to buy. Hotel just needs to be upgraded.remodel. last visit 2 yrs.ago was good only stayed over night. Ut yet hitel was close to the college. Bed was comfy "

"Extremely dirty, bed sheets were stained. Found bed bugs on us after we left, checked our room prior to staying but apparently missed them. Stay away. "

"My husband and three young adult children were so happy staying here. It exceeded our expectations. The cabin was perfect. The town of Hornell was very quaint with coffee shops and a great Wegmans and Walmart and more! We slept well and had everything we needed. We went to Letchworth state park and Rochester on Lake Ontario. Beautiful area! We hope to return again. "

"We were disappointed almost as soon as we entered our room. Although it was clean, it was crammed full of furniture with little floor space. The bathroom sink did not drain. We were told by the owner that previous customers had poured cereal and coffee grounds down the sink. It would have been preferred that she had assigned a different room if she knew that."
