"The outdoor amenities were great. The weather preventer our enjoying them. We were standing by the fire and it went out. The soap dispenser in our shower was empty. Little things. We thoroughly loved our room. The retro design was perfect and the mirror ball was a kick! We will definitely give them another try the next time we are in Flagstaff."

"Cheap stay but I was being cheap selecting the cheapest place with free breakfast. But the breakfast was sparse consisting of a couple waffle makers, bread and a toaster. Oh and coffee that was very weak and a gallon of milk. We ended up going to McDonalds. I’d have gone somewhere else if I disregarded the breakfast filter."

"We were infested with millers! Staff was no help , will not stay there again"

"Nothing worked. Ice machine, TV only stayed on for an hour or so then turned off. Bathroom especially the shower was not very clean and there was little to no water pressure. Wouldn't recommend staying here!"

"Need handicap rooms grab bars in a bathtub is not handicap accessible. At least have a few handicap chairs available."

"The shower looked liked you’d want to wear flip flops, old furniture, no fridge, old everything. Had to wait each time to have the receptionist appear at the desk. "
