「When I booked my stay I was under the impression that there was breakfast and there wasn't which wasn't ideal for traveling with kids and when I asked for a wash cloth the person didn't know what a wash cloth was and just gave me a towel and he was upset that I took his time from his phone. Then my son got sick and I needed new sheets when I asked for a fresh sheet I was told I had to wait for the morning which ment I had to sleep on a bed with no sheets. 「I chose this listing because of the late checkout and they told me at front desk they don't have late checkout. The waffle batter dispenser was busted and there was batter all over the counter the first morning and they ran out the second morning. They don't want you to take food out of breakfast area but there is not enough seats and people are down there coughing and sick. The staff is kind and these guys are trying as best they can but incorrect listings are creating a problem.i did not get...

「Biscuits were fresh tasting and delicious. The coffee was available. I parked directly below my room in a well lighted and safe feeling spot. The towel rack both inside and outside the shower stall were not attached to solid surroundings. If I'd slipped coming out of the shower, grabbed the towel rack, getting no support and then falling onto the hard sink.....why I can only imagine.」
