"The problem was at checkin. I arrived after 8:30pm so there were no staff, the checkin machine required a physical card which I had not brought with me (I was cycle touring). I tried the emergency button but the person who answer was all “nothing I can do”. I slept in the lobby until 2am when an irritated staff member woke me and after some persuasion checked me into my room."

"They were very good about correspondence before hand. It was a little hard to find my room as I came in after hours the room was perfect very quiet, dark clean, and it even had a little balcony. I would stay again"
