Way too hot, only French spoken

The person at reception was unpolite and did not speak a word of english, spanish, italian... only french and had no education to speak slowly or try to make himself understood. Room was hotter than an oven, the upper part of the room was way to hot to stay there. Toilet eas broken. Only positive points are that bed was confortable and ine can park for free

I made the payment through the website (agoda.com). However, they told me that I had not been paid when I checked in. After waiting for a while, they solved the problem. However, it was both a waste of time and a demoralizing situation. I do not know who caused the problem, I hope these problems do not occur again.

Arrive before 8:30 or you may have a problem

The problem was at checkin. I arrived after 8:30pm so there were no staff, the checkin machine required a physical card which I had not brought with me (I was cycle touring). I tried the emergency button but the person who answer was all “nothing I can do”. I slept in the lobby until 2am when an irritated staff member woke me and after some persuasion checked me into my room.

Avoid this place

Totally not recommended, look somewhere else. We had booked this hotel for a sleepover on our way home but we couldn't sleep in as the air-conditioner was undersized capacity, it was very hot inside the room, I assume it was around 40 degrees. Trip hazard on the stairs to where the child beds are located (I tripped and also my daughter fell and hit her head). Very small rooms, not possible to enter with pushchair (or you can enter but not possible to close the door so the pushchair needed to go back to the car.

Slecht hotel met niet de beloofde voorzieningen.

Het hotel was verlaten, kamers niet schoon, ontbijt matig, kamer matig. Wij reden met een elektrische auto en hadden het hotel mede geselecteerd op de aanwezigheid van laadpalen maar deze waren er totaal niet. De deur sloot niet goed aan waardoor de wind gewoon naar binnen blies. Het bed was ook niet goed waardoor ik rugpijn had in de ochtend. Ik vond de kamer het geld niet waard, eigenlijk nog niet de helft.

De passage dans cet hôtel pour 2 nuits à l'occasion du festival d'Avignon, rien à dire, personnel présent, accueillant, un grand parking fermé, un agréable petit déjeuner, la chambre petite mais fonctionnelle, très propre, climatisée, nous sommes satisfaites. Je précise; arrêt de bus pour Avignon centre, situé juste en face de l'hôtel et aussi plusieurs restaurants . 👍👍
