"The hallway smelled heavily of smoke. The water pressure in the shower was a trickle at best and the way the ceiling angled down in the shower made it challenging to wash my hair, I had to turn sideways. The beds are very firm. The linens had stains on them."

"I had to work and didn’t get to the hotel until midnight. There was no one at the desk to check you in. I called and had to wait 15 minutes and still, no one showed up. Lobby carpet was dirty walls needed painting place was terrible."
