Location great. Room small, but had what you needed for a one night stay. Pillows were very flat. They were in the middle of changing the lock system, so that was a little inconvenient (only the main door entrance could be used).

Room smelled of cigarette smoke and the fridge was opened with a dirty rag in it when I entered. The front desk said the smell would clear in a couple of hours, lol I got a refund and did not stay here.

First off, I want to say the front desk was very friendly and helpful, but the hotel itself lacked some of the features that I'm used to. To start, the process to check-in was lengthy at best. I've stayed at a number of other hotels around the country, which check-in takes less than 2 minutes (at the most). This took around 5 minutes with every step of the process slower than the next. Once I got to the room, I noticed that my door didn't shut all the way, so I had to push it shut to get the deadbolt to lock. The room was somewhat bare, with no kitchen utensils whatsoever and I had to go searching for a garbage can (which I eventually found under the sink). My hallway was also a bit noisy, with people running up and down (of course, that's not the fault of the staff). The clothes hangers only had plastic hangers, nothing with any hooks to hang pants on. In closing, the staff was great and did an awesome job, but I feel like Extended Stay America could do a little more to make the experience better in terms of how the rooms are designed.

This hotel was disgusting there was stains on the pillow cases there was dried soap all over the bathroom floor and it was under going renovations we had contractors knock on our door at 7:30am talking about they were there to measure the windows it was ants all over the stove there was NO housekeeping you literally had to carry your dirty towels done to the front desk in order to get clean towels and then they ran out of towels so we had to go buy our own I would absolutely never ever stay there again and idk what city it is I would never!!!!!

No pool, only one stove top worked in the room, not very little kid friendly, they were out of toilet paper and tissues. Bathroom fan didn’t work. My hallway had a terrible smell. My room had a funny smell also. Entry door scanners didn’t always work to get inside. I would not recommend staying here. I will say the staff was friendly.

The employee who checked us in was very friendly and efficient. I always bring my own disinfectant wipes and wipe down all surfaces upon entering hotel rooms. Our room was spotless upon arriving and we had a very comfortable stay!

I booked at this hotel because it says there was a pool. There was no pool. Only 1 burner on the stove worked. No toilet paper was available. No trash can in the room. Housekeeping gave me a huge clear bag to use for trash to use during my stay, which had to stay on the floor under the counter area. The toilet tank would not fill with water after flushing. I had to take the top off the tank and fix it every time. The bathroom and kitchen fan would not work. Multiple lights weren’t working.
