「I'm a Silver Elite IHG Member. I stayed here over a year ago, and everything was superb. This time, I was given a late check-out of Noon. (Silver Elite always receives this courtesy. I was 15 minutes later than I was supposed to be, 12:15 pm. They hit me with a $25.00 late fee. The reason I was late .... I spilled ice near the ice machine. 「The place is unacceptable. This is the first time Hotels.com has misled me. The photos are fakes or were made so long ago they are essentially fakes. We had two rooms. One had spiders finishing webs in the bathroom doorway and a heating unit that was smashed in and covered with tape and plaster.
