"Hotel was clean however was brand new, continental breakfast was a bit off a let down, didnt think there was much of an option, couldnt even get a bit of toast even thought toast machine were there but werent allowed to use.. Air-con also wasnt working and it being very warm outside it was uncomfortable to sleep in.. Didnt get any information from the hotel about aircon not working before arrival.. Also no staff about at nite if needed for any issues or emergencies.."

"Great property and rooms. We booked a suite for 4 people and it was wonderful 2 bedroom suite. Hotel had many features such as electrical blinds, clean and large bathroom, several seating chairs and desk space. Overall we had a great stay."

The food sucks, it was cold and a buffe a 10 year old with an interest with food could outdo xD my mom has works in a resturant for 18 years and i have loved to cook for all of my 27 years i've been alive, and paying 22 euro per person for that is a joke, you even had to pay for coffe, most drinks where allready done and in buttles, i would say the best part of the food was the hot chocolate you hot to breakfast, witch by itself was warm milk and powder. "Extremely slow check-in process, our room was only ready at 5:30pm, desk service was poor. Our room was not cleaned and towels were not replaced for 2 days. I needed to go down to the reception to ask for toilet paper. Staff has poor English knowledge. Food selection was below our expectations. She has excellent customer service,knowlegable, friendly and Erika went above and beyond on her call of duties. Because of her excellent customer service, my stay in this hotel has been excetional pleasant and wonderful. All staff at this hotel are always willing to answer all the quires and provided exceptional service. I will come back to this hotel whenever I am in Vienna. "This property was absolutely amazing. Myself and my partner stayed here for 4 nights and it was incredible. It is located very close to the train station - literally a 2 minute walk so convenient. There are lots of shops around too. The hotel itself was incredible, everything from the outside in was amazing. The rooms were cosy and always very clean. The views from the rooms were picturesque. There was everything you need in there. I would 100% stay here again on return to Vienna. Cannot say a bad thing about this hotel! "

"I am so glad that my friend and I stayed here during our stay in Vienna. Check in was a breeze, especially with their online process before hand! Definitely take advantage of it. The coffee machine in the lobby that is available for a big chunk of the day was lovely. The room was spacious and clean and very modern! All of the kitchen amenities were awesome! The staff was beyond helpful and kind, especially when I realized I hadn’t booked my stay long enough and needed an extra night. The area around the hotel was nice, lots of restaurants (highly recommend The Nice Guys and Coffee and Friends) and grocery and a quick 10 minute walk to a U line and 5 minute walk to a bus station. Would stay here again in a heart beat! "
