We went for dinner and upon returning at they locked us out of the room unless we paid an additional 1031 Euro for our stay!!! Horrible- clearly not their first rodeo "

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the staff were excellent and very helpful and friendly with our toddler. The evening food was exquisite, four course meal each night (half board, with separate food made for our toddler, thanks!) and breakfast buffet had a good choice for all.
The hotel is very clean, with gorgeous surroundings, swings and play area for our toddler, and nice spa facilities for the family.
We highly recommend! Thanks to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable! "

"We had a very lovey stay! The hotel was gorgeous and extremely clean. When we arrived the staff at the front counter was extremely kind and helpful. I think her name was Reena - she went above and beyond. She offered to make us breakfast boxes for the next morning because we were sing early to hike. The spa and pool felt

"The room is very clean and large, host is super nice, the hot-tub and sauna have very nice view as well. They also have a garage. Location is also quite convenient, there is a supermarket right across the street and 10 minutes drive to Ortisei. highly recommended!"
