"Parking lot and lobby were filled drug users, a pit bull. The smoke detector in room was broken and i was encouraged to fix it myself. I felt unsafe."

"I stayed here for my birthday weekend and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The hotel was grimy and had a strong smell of urine and cigarette smoke throughout. The photos online do not accurately reflect what the hotel looks like in person, which was really frustrating. The surrounding area also felt a bit sketchy and didn’t make me feel comfortable staying there. Because of the condition of the hotel, I ended up booking a different hotel within about 20 minutes of checking in. The one positive was that the front desk employee was very nice and understanding when I explained the situation and requested a refund. I appreciated his kindness, but overall the property itself did not meet expectations."
