「Upon receiving my receipt, I noticed that I was double-charged for the resort fee dated
All the staff were great, except when I fell, no one bothered to check up on me. I had to call the front desk for ice, and they sent a security man. Never did the manager show up or make a phone call to check on how I was doing. Also, the tub in the room was stained yellow because it was so old. I booked this place because of the bathroom picture they advertised, and it was all lies」
