「Food, drinks and entertainment were impeccable. Service lacked. Staff was very forgetful. It started with check in. First the front desk personal was unable to find my reservation, then I was told my room wasn't ready, it was 5:30pm. I just took a 4 1/2hr flight and 2hr car ride. Hotel check in starts at 3pm, I didn't understand how 2 1/2hrs later my room was still unavailable. I was told to sit in the lobby area and wait or I can go get a drink at the bar. 「My friend and I really enjoyed our stay at Landings Resort. The property is well-designed with both marina and beach access. We even got upgraded to a larger suite. There was a nice gym and tennis court which we used everyday. The Suru restaurant had good food except don’t order the chicken katsu roll. The only issues were: service was slow, our hot tub was lukewarm and no one came to fix it after request, and the coffee shop made terrible coffee and chai lattes. Would stay here again but eat...
