Einfach Sensationell!

Ich war das erste mal im Thessoni, aber sicher nicht das letzte Mal. Ein geniales Hotel, mit toller Ausstattung und sehr freundlichen Personal. Und das für einen schier unglaublichen Preis. Zudem wurde mein VIP-Status auf Hotels.com gewürdigt und ich bekam ein Zimmer-Upgrade, wow! Und was mich auch noch positiv verwunderte: Nachdem mit meinem Check-In und der entsprechenden Rückmeldung über Hotels.com etwas nicht i.o. war wurde direkt nachgefragt. Das nenne ich mal Customer-Care. Das Zimmer und auch Hotel macht auf mich einen aufgeschlossenen, positiven, kundennahen Eindruck. Dem Personal ist es sehr wichtig, dass sich die Gäste wohlfühlen. Für mich ist klar, dass ich wieder nach Regensdorf zurückkehren werde, wenn ich das nächste Mal ein Hotel in diesem Bereich suche! Danke von ganzem Herzen.

Tolle Übernachtung

Tolles Hotel, nähe vom Bahnhof. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zimmer und Restaurant sind renoviert und schön. Einzig in den Gängen sieht man das Alter.

Hotel lindo e aconchegante! Recomendo!

Estive lá por um dia! Por chegar em Zurique pela primeira vez e não conhecer nada achei o Hotel um pouco longe da estação central de Zurique! Lá partem trens de 30 em 30 minutos que gastam cerca de 15 minutos até o hotel! O chegar no Hotel é tudo perfeito e aconchegante! Recomendo!

Nice hotel close to Zurich

We liked this hotel, except the pricing. In comparison to other hotels around the world in this class it is expensive. Being located out of Zurich one is quickly onto the freeways to travel in any direction. Also one can get into downtown Zurich by train.

Wegen einer Party in der Nöhe suchte ich eine Unterkunft um nicht irgendwann morgens um drei heimfahren zu müssen. Lage war optimal, Zimmerkonfort super aber das Einchecken ziemlich mühsam, da gleichzeitig eine ganze Hochzeitsgesellschaft angekommen war. Zum Glück gehöre ich nicht zu den dicksten Menschen, für recht beleibte Personen dürfte es eine Herausforderung sein, sich am WC vorbei in die Dusche zu zwängen...

Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen, Restaurant Top

Wir waren als Paar geschäftlicht im Thessoni. Unser Zimmer wurde kostenlos auf eine Suite upgegraded. Das schöne daran war der hübsche kleine Balkon. Leider war die Toilette undicht und hat einen Teil des Badezimmers unter Wasser gesetzt. Die Toilette konnte auch am 2. Tag nicht repariert werden, und hat fröhlich vor sich hin geplätschert. Bei einem 4Stern Hotel hätte ich erwartet dass einem in diesem Fall ein anderes Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt wird. Die Reinigung des Zimmer von am Morgen war interessant. Bettdecken aufschütteln, neue Handtücher ins Bad - das wars. Hier bin ich von anderen Hotels eine genauere Reinigung gewöhnt. Allerdings wurde alles relativiert als wir bezahlen wollten, als uns der Drink vom Vorabend an der Bar vom Hotel offeriert wurde, und auch das Frühstück nicht voll abgerechnet wurde.

Schönes Hotel in der Nähe von Zürich

Wir waren mit einem Hotelgutschein mit dem Namen Luxus und Schlosshotels von Jochen Schweitzer dort gelandet. Es ist ein schönes, sauberes Hotel mit nettem Personal. Aber kein Luxus oder Schlosshotel! Das Essen ist in Ordnung, aber nicht besonders. Der Empfangsbereich und der Restaurantberreich sind neu gestaltet. Zum Teil auch die Zimmer. Leider hatten wir mit dem Gutschein ein älteres Zimmer zugewiesen bekommen, was trotzdem super ausgestattet und sauber war. Die Lage ist in einem Industriegebiet 20 Minuten von Zürich Mitte entfernt.

etwas abseits ansonsten eher mittelmaessig

etwas abseits gelegenes Hotel am Rande eines Industrieparks, Rezepitionisten etwas langatmig und umstaendlich, Zuerich Innenstadt kann mit der Bahn gut erreicht werden.Leider ist die Rezeption keine 24 h besetzt, Insgesamt zu teuer, werde denmaechst eher eines der grossen Hotels am Airport buchen

Quite out of town, but still close to the train station. Nice lobby but average room.Spacious room for a reasonable price. My requests such as asking for a kettle or an iron were handled, although staff sound a bit inexperienced.

Hotel location is awful. I stayed here because I though it would be close to the airport. It was a 65 franc taxi from the hotel to the airport and it is at least 25 min outside of the city center of Zurich. The pictures are very misleading because the hotel lobby is renovated very nicely, however the rooms are furnished nothing like the public facilities of the hotel. Staff not very helpful. Restaurants severely overrated and there are no options for anything else in the are, need to take public transportation to city centre for food. Very disappointed in the hotel.
