We were denied break fast on the first day of check-in. Thye said that information for break-fast did not reach their web -site. I had to show my booking information, a little later (when I got acces to the emails) about the break-fast. By that time it was 10.30AM and told us that the break fast time is over. Infact, they should refund the money for 2 person's break fast.

The The hotel is good, but it doesn't have air conditioning or mini-fridges in the rooms. Additionally, it's located outside the train station hub, so you need to take an Uber, taxi, bus, or walk to get to the station. The people are very kind and helpful. Other than that, everything is excellent.
