That place was a dump, the room smelled like an ashtray. No mirror in the bathroom. The corridors and the elevator had garbage in them for two days. No curtains on the windows. The bed was likely from the 50's. The overwhelming smell was so strong we used a full deodorizer spray bottle and it didn't really help. Expedia should be ashamed to be associated with such a place.

Even thought the property is in a good location, the room is facing the parking lot where people were talking and smoking. Without AC, it would have been nice to be able to tilt the window, but that didn't work. The room size is ok for 1 person, the bathroom small and both could use an update.

The room was clean, but the shades were kind of worn out. The bathroom light could have been replaced, it flickered when it was turned on. The other lights were fine. My room was next to tbe elevator, but the elevator was so quiet that i did not notice it being used. The hotel was conveniently located close to the Albisriederplatz tram stop, so i could ride the bis or take the lines 2 or 3 into the city center.

If I could give negative stars, I would. This is one step above a hostel. Pictures were NOT typical of our rooms. Lobby/stair areas was filthy the entire time we were there. Broken mirror in one room. I would not every stay here again.

I booked 2 rooms and only got the key for one. I was assured the 2nd key would be on the table of the room i did have the key for. The problem was only resolved at 8.45pm causing considerable disruption.

Check in easy and room clean. Property quiet and close to transport into old city and airport. But heating and a number of other things were not working. Property managers do not reply in app so numerous phone calls were necessary. Was advised things were fixed but they were not. Frustrating.

It was really awful! There were towels but they were used and on the bathroom floor, no hand wash, the TV and the mini fridge were not working. The bed was not done either and there was an awful smell in the building. Definitely not going there again!

La entrada a los apartamentos estaba sucio. El ascensor solía estar ocupado siempre con cubos de limpieza. La habitación estaba sucia: polvo en todos los sitios, pelos en la cama. El baño no tenía espejo, la cortina de la ducha estaba medio rota.
