「Having previously visited the Ibis Bruges a few years ago, we were very disappointed on this visit to find what used to be the Ibis is now Novotel, and the current Ibis Styles is nowhere near up to the standard of the old Ibis. Breakfast was great (at the Novotel) but overpriced at 15 euros per person per day. Free coffee/tea in the Ibis reception was nice. VERY DISAPPOINTED at the self check in process, when a member of staff was standing right next to me watching my every move and telling...

「Zeer mooi en net hotel. Prachtige kamer en zeer schoon. In het hotel is het erg stil , je hoort geen andere gasten. Ontbijt was erg goed, alleen soms erg druk en moet je wachten tot er plek vrij is. Dit vooral wat later in de ochtend. Prima ligging vlak bij het strand. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.」

「The reciception was kind with very professional attitude when we checked in, rooms were clean and tidy but the hot water supplement was not in well circumstance sometimes. Also the air conditioning was not good in ground floor. However, I still highly recommend to live here, it's quite convenient to get to any tourist hot spots with good price for your vacation in Brugge.」
