「Folks at the front desk were exceptional in service and friendliness. Landry service was also excellent. A bit noisy with the bell outside and restaurant adjacent to rooms. However, I’ve needed earplugs for most of my trip in Guatemala. Great location with good restaurants right across the street. And La Tortilla cooking school is close by.」

「The room are pretty old and dirty, I think they need to remodel the room specific the bathroom, not enough hot water after 15 minutes taking bath. I paid extra for the bathtub, and it was extremely dirty and old. It’s not worth to pay it for. Car park extra charge , not even can offer water inside the room being 3 stars hotel. The staff service is ok, no experience but polite . I’m not Recommend this hotel. Absolutely No for what I paid for」
