「My experience at the hotel was amazing!」

「Beautiful historic hotel but with many flaws. Our room, a jr suite, was lovely but without hot water. Door key worked only with lots of coaxing. My wife needed the elevator but a door was between our room and this elevator. Impossible to get through it witout help from hotel personnel. All our issues were met only with the front desk saying "we will look into it". Not helpful! To us this is a lovely property rumming outvof money. Not much maintence going on. 」

「I stayed in El Beaterio for 4 nights. It’s such a beautiful casa museo located in a quiet area. The room is nice and clean decorated with old maps of La española. The courtyard has lots of sunlight and plants that I enjoyed my breakfast here (though you need to apply mosquito repellent as they are quite active if you come in early morning like 6-8am) Check out the terrace in the early morning and you would get a nice photo with sun rise. The staff here are very nice. I stayed in the room...

「An der angegebenen Adresse existiert überhaupt kein Hotel. Mir wurde am Anreisetag mitgeteilt, dass das Hotel angeblich geschlossen sei und ich woanders untergebracht werde. Das andere Hotel ist in Ordnung jedoch weiß das Personal nicht gut Bescheid und es kostet viel Zeit und Nerven vor Ort zu klären, dass man eigentlich woanders reserviert und schon bezahlt hat. Wirkt insgesamt alles etwas verdächtig. 」

「Pros: Pretty design, location is great, included breakfast, easy check in, they were able to exchange my currency, and you get what you paid for pretty affordable stay. Cons: Very loud because of the park next door, water leaking from the bathroom ceiling, key card was a hassle to open the door, they wanted to charge me for a beverage that I never touched, WIFI is non existent, walls are super thin, and breakfast is "okay"」
