「A nice enough hotel with efficient check in and safe parking. We had a blocked drain which was dealt with immediately and without fuss. Service in the bar was very slow and staff there didn't seem very interested. The pool could maybe do with a little clean.」

「I was a single traveller and was placed into a family room with 2 bedrooms which I didn't need. I had booked through Expedia but didn't realise there was another 3rd party that was involved. After getting through the initial booking mix up the room they assigned me wasnt ready at 2pm and reception, who weren't aware of room availability said after I had ventured down to my room 700 meters away that I would need to wait for it to be available. I asked if I could get a voucher for a drink or...

「The Grant Estate (Eighteenth) is set in a beautiful setting close to the long beach. It has a lot of facilities on site ie: pool, tennis courts, club house with bar and restaurant. The golf greens are superb and are a pleasure to be around they are perfectly groomed. The apartments are very contempary and are beautifully kept. It was a pleasure to stay we only wish it were longer.」

「The apartment was not clean at all. 136 self catering. Had to put my all my food in the fridge because of the cockroaches that were all over the apartment. The towels looked like they were from white to cream white. My main bedroom shower water had no pressure at all, had to shower for over 45 minutes in order to feel clean. Had to complain to be changed 」
