Food was good, staff friendly and helpful. Had an accident while there (no fault of resort) and they were extremely helpful, accommodating, and empathetic. They went above and beyond to make sure we got to and from hospital, and to the airport to go home for surgery. Would definitely recommend!

The property overall was very clean; it was easy to get to from the airport 25-minute cab ride 630 pesos. Food was amazing and staff was super friendly too. I would like to say a massive thanks to Isis who made sure we had an amazing room. Vania was amazing, she was the person who had all the answers. ...

El hotel es bonito, las actividades infantiles están muy divertidas. Fui por el cumpleaños de mi hija y ella lo disfrutó mucho. Solamente necesitan fortalecer la limpieza en las habitaciones
