「Sehr freundliches und familiäres Hotel. Frühstück war einfach mit guter Qualität. Super Lage 5 min in die Stadt und zum Pool (Pool ist in einem Nachbarhotel). Sauberkeit in allen Bereichen sehr gut. Gegenüber gibt es einen Fahrzeugverleih. Beim duschen ist das Bad sehr schnell geflutet. Warmes Wasser leider manchmal nicht vorhanden. Handtücher gibt es leider nur sehr sparsam. Betten waren sehr hart. Allem in allem ein top Preis- Leistungverhältnis.」

「Cleaning and breakfast staff were lovely. At reception communication was not great. Firstly at arrival I was not welcomed to pay the sustainability fee by card. They wanted cash. ( it would be good to communicate this beforehand) When I insisted to pay by card to avoid fees from the cash Maschine , all my cards were weirdly rejected at the hotel reception. 「I travelled with my girl friend and we spent 6 amazing days at the Koia. One of the highlights was the staff - very good service and super kind & friendly.
