溫馨舒適的飯店
非常棒的體驗，特別訂了從房間能看到馬特洪峰的房型，雖然被安排在低樓層，但一樣可以飽覽風光。而且戶外還有一大片陽台，可以坐在外面的椅子上靜靜沉浸在陽光中欣賞馬特洪峰。十分浪漫！快到策馬特站時先打給飯店，他們就可以派車子免費接送。飯店人員也非常細心，帶領我們看房間、一一解說，也總是帶著笑容，十分親切。早餐雖然選擇不多，但是讓人感到非常溫馨。距離欣賞馬特洪峰最佳的觀景橋也非常近，如果願意早起的人，不需要在寒風中走太久就可以抵達。或是在房間裡一樣可以欣賞到美麗的黃金日照。

Cosy hotel with home made delicious breakfast
I have been living in many big brand hotels during my travel years. But this little family run hotel is definitely one of the best, the owner, Daniela was very nice; as I didn’t get a phone, she kept on replying my emails in order to arrange a pick up service for us. The mostly surprise was she arranged us a room with a balcony that can see the Matterhorn view. The room was cosy, clean and the bed is super comfortable. Daniela advised us to come for late breakfast next morning to avoid meeting a big group, also her home cooking breakfast was delicious. Lastly, she gave us a box of chocolate, two bottles of water for our supplies during our next train journey. Thank you so much for her that we love Zermatt even better.

到火車站後電酒店便會派車來接你，你離開時便會送你到車站，不用收費，有大型行李也不用擔心，酒店地下有電視顯示Matterhon山上情況，出發前可清楚了解山上環境及天氣

This is an excellent hotel in Grindelwald. Wide variety of breakfast options including omelette station. Dinner was good albeit not cheap. Unfortunately, the guest room lighting was exceptionally poor and was definitely the worst lightening I ever experienced in a quality hotel. With the few available lights the room was nearly dark.

Perfect Zermatt hotel
Fantastic hotel with lovely staff who were extremely friendly, professional and helpful. Room was ideal, well decorated and throughly cleaned each day. Breakfast lovely with loads of options to set you up for the day

Great hotel. Clean room, super close to the train station. Many restaurants options around (they don't have one). The staff was really helpful and we got some chocolates when checking out. Would defnitively be back in our next trip to Zermatt.

Charming hotel, amazing customer service. Clean units, great breakfast, free pick up from train station (you will want to call them to pick u up). You wont be disappointed, great location.

We were in Switzerland for my son’s 16th birthday. The hotel made the stay extremely special. The room was amazing. The views were incredible. Waking up to see the Matterhorn from the balcony was magical. The staff and the owner were wonderful and accommodating. We were sad to leave. It felt like home away from home.

Very unique, 350 year old house yet modern with an amazing 360 degree balcony view of mountains to include Mount Blanc (honeymoon suite room #6). Beware that Google maps will guide you through medieval passageways that were not designed for modern cars.

We LOVED this quaint hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself had tons of character. The breakfast was delicious. Fresh fruits, scrambled eggs made upon request, hot pastries (we ate early), and coffee drinks on the house. We only stayed one night as we traveled around Europe, but will definitely be back for a longer stay. Zermatt was amazing.

Amazing and awesome services from the hotel staff. Beautiful family suite at upper level with very new appliances and quality toiletries. Staff at reception were exceptionally helpful in guiding us to places of interests, ticketing and restaurants reservation.

Gorgeous property
Our stay was fantastic! The beds were comfortable. The rooms were clean. Chocolate was given to us when we got there and when we left. The breakfast was delicious. The property is gorgeous and is in the heart of everything!

Amazing!
Amazing service, the best I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. Cosy rooms and nice spa. Just a short walk to the cableway. I rarely give 5 stars. But this hotel is just the best. I definitely recommend it!

Wunderbar erholsamer Aufenthalt in der ‚Lodge‘ des Hauses. Gleich neben dem Hotel mit viel Privatsphäre und absolut ruhig! Super Frühstücksbuffet und sehr nettes Personal. Mal wird als Gast echt wahrgenommen, geschätzt und verwöhnt!

Absolut fantastisch!!! Sehr schöne Zimmer, der Spa- Bereich bietet mit Dampfbad, Sauna und Sprudelbad alles was man benötigt. Zusätzlich hat es Erfrischungen und Snacks. Einfach nur TOP. Das Frühstück war mit lokalen Spezialitäten versehen und es wurde an alles gedacht. Qualität war erst klassig und hat uns begeistert. Da können sich einige 5 Stern- Hotel eine Scheibe abschneiden.

친절하고 위치도 좋음
방에서 마테호른이 보이는 호텔 직원분들도 친절하고 전체적으로 만족한 호텔입니다. 위치는 체르마트역에서 걸어서 8~10분 겨울에 눈이 오면 케리어를 가지고 호텔오는건 불편할수 있지만 역 앞에 택시도 많고 버스도 있다. 기분좋은 호텔이다.
