「We had an unplanned doctor visit in the morning of our check-in day that delayed everything planned in our day. I received a call from Angela around 6 pm saying that we were late for our check in and she'd leave notes for us. She reminded me that there is a roughly 100 meters of upheel walk and stairs. Then I realized my mother-in-law joined our trip last minutes and we had totally forgotten about this part. I asked Angela if there was a wheelchair I could use for my mother-in-law. She paused...

「Perfect stay with a more perfect staff. Handy bikes in the garage that take you into town easily. We went to Monteresso al mare by train and in the evening we went to Sestri Levante for dinner (which we preferred over the over-touristic Monterosso) . Breakfast is simply amazing and the hotel is beautifull all together. But again: GREAT staff !」

「We had a fantastic stay at Il Veliero. I can’t say enough about the wonderful Judith! Who went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful! She was so helpful and accommodating! We loved the location so close to beach, shops and restaurants. The rooms were great and super clean. Our outdoor courtyard was perfect for our group of seven to have cocktails before dinner and charcuterie lunches. We would definitely come back again!!!」

「距離la spezia 火車站大約8-10mins路程這應算是民宿, 在一住宅大廈的三樓不難找到由一位老太太經營, 很好的接待和聯絡有非常古式的電梯民宿內共有五間房間住的非常寬敞也很乾淨有露台, 能晒衫 (有晒衫繩和衣夾) (火車站附近有自助洗衣店) 住宿附近日間會安靜一點但到傍晚就有許多餐廳開始營業餐飲有很多選擇比在五漁村晚膳方便和便宜許多大多數旅客去都會在la spezia站附近進膳附近也有許多商店可以閒逛但不會營業到太晚週圍環境很寧靜舒適」

「非常棒，服務人員非常親切貼心，我們外出玩水回來洗完澡之後，馬上就有人來幫我們清理房間，隨時保持很舒適。飯店的人員非常有禮貌，飯店的地理環境非常方便，前方就有一塊小海灘小朋友可以玩水，靠近老街可以逛。可能是飯店的位置靠近海邊，所以自來水的水質有一點不夠清澈，但是沒有其他大問題。」

「Ein imposantes Anwesen, nicht weit von der Autobahn entfernt, jedoch sehr ruhig. Top eingerichtet und alles gepflegt und sauber. Die Suite war super. Abendessen im Castello sehr lecker und auch zu empfehlen. Frühstück ebenso. Personal freundlich und nicht aufdringlich. Perfekt für ein Zwischenstopp- wir würden wieder Dörte übernachten. 」

「The hotel is surprisingly clean, great location, just blocks away from the train station. Front desk staffs are very friendly. Room is spacious and spotless, it’s a relatively new hotel so everything feels fresh. Breakfast is ok ish, but I do love all the interior.」

「Die Lage des Hotels ist top. Essen, Service auch. Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen und recht teuer dafür. Aber man bezahlt hier wohl mehr für die Aussicht und Lage des Hotels.」
