Overall the apartment was great: nicely kitted out with separate living area from bedrooms. It is centrally located so not in a quiet area but very convenient too (5 mins to nearest lift, station, bus stop). Only issue I had was getting a broken key card on arrival.

I would not recommend this company or this apartment (The Penthouse) to anyone looking for a warm, comfortable stay after a day on the mountain. On arrival, the apartment was cold. The radiators were on but barely warm, and the overall temperature was uncomfortable. That evening, we contacted the host to explain that we were travelling with our 2-year-old child and that the apartment was too cold. We received no response. The next day, someone came to “check” the heating but said they were not an engineer and could not fix it. We endured another cold night, and the following morning there was no hot water before skiing, delaying our start. The heating never improved during our stay. We requested a portable heater to keep our young son warm, but this was not provided. After returning home, I submitted a complaint. Several days later, we were offered a small refund under 4% of the amount paid. We explained this was not satisfactory given the uncomfortable conditions and our child being cold, but the company refused further compensation. They later claimed that some radiators were working and that the apartment temperature did not drop below 19°C. We do not believe this is accurate, as none of the radiators felt warm, and the alleged thermometer reading was only mentioned after our stay, leaving us no way to verify it. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this apartment or company to anyone expecting a warm and comfortable base

Vera is a great host, nothing is too hard for them and they even answered my Whatsapp messages on Sunday (their rest day). I'm so thankful to have found this place. The property has very strong vinegary smell in the kitchen/living area, so strong that we tried to avoid the kitchen as much as we can. The property is so hot, we turned off all the radiators and still very hot overnight, not sure where the heat is coming from but we were there in Feb, minus 10 degree C overnight and we were hot.

Veldig fornøyd

Det lå veldig sentralt til, midt i sentrum. Vi var veldig fornøyd med oppholdet. Det eneste minuset var problemer med varmtvannet og veldig dårlig trykk på vannet i dusjen. Måte bruke litt tid på å vente på at det ble varmt vann. Alt i alt var vi veldig fornøyd, fine og rene rom og felesareal.

Central placering midt i byen, men til gengæld kun mulighed for meget dyr parkering i P hus. Lejligheden ikke egnet til længere ophold da der ikke er mulighed for at 4 personer kan spise samlet. Men ok til overnatning.

View enjoyable. Pleased with cleanliness of property until I looked under the bed as dropped earring /extremely dusty. This didn't affect our stay as no dust allergy but might others. Office at all times friendly and helpful. Thank you.

Da vi ankom kl. 16 var værelset ikke rengjort. Der var kun varmt vand i bruseren nogen gange. Bruseren var i stykker. Vandet i køkkenhaven var i stykker og der kom ingen vand ud. Et rengøringsgebyr på 75 € er helt ude af proportioner for et værelse på 32 m2. Virker som en skjult måde at fremstå som billig overnatning. Det fremgår heller ikke tydeligt, at man skal betale for parkering, som forøvrigt ligger langt fra adressen. Den fik vi dog gratis, da vi beklagede os. En rigtig dårlig oplevelse og en ringe service på stedet. Kan ikke anbefales

Bra läge men många extraavgifter

Lägenheten låg längst upp i huset utan hiss så det blev en del springande i trapporna. Itydlighet rörande betalning av städavgift etc skapade irritation vid incheckning. Observera att man måste lägga till mellan 80-130 Euro för städning på plats - detta är i min mening något som borde ingå vid bokningen. Deposition krävs också och är ganska hög, denna reserveras på ditt kort eller ska betalas i kontanter och återfås i slutet av vistelsen - känns otroligt gammeldags. Boendet var ok, skön säng men trångt pentry och problem med duschen som inte kunde åtgärdas under vistelsen. Man förväntar sig mer för priset men lägenheten ligger supercentralt i byn med gångavstånd till backen, huvudgatorna och matvarubutiker mm.

Это наш ЛЮБИМЫЙ КУРОРТ!!! Мы обожаем Цель ам Зее. Мы очень-очень долго искали эти апартаменты и их ресепшн по городу. Нет вывески с названием. Но потом мы об этом быстро забыли. Нет автостоянки. И это стало проблемой. Но... Отличное соотношение цена/качество апартаментов. Вид с балкона на последнем этаже-супер.Только потолок низковат. Но это ерунда. Для семьи условия отличные. Посуда есть, плита, чайник, фен, кастрюли. Странно что всего три комплекта вилок и ложек, но это ерунда. Зато два телевизора и балкон длинный. Только швабры с совком нет))) уборка только после отьезда. Долго возвращали депозит.

Stay was so-so

Room was so-so and had smoke smell in the room although the room is stated as non-smoking. Area is quite dark when coming back in the evening, so need to be careful a bit. Location is near to Billa supermarket so you can get your groceries any time.

The owner try’s to charge everything double. We paid 3 weeks, all 3 weeks with end cleaning fees. That means for me: 3 cleanings. 2 every week and 1 at the end. Now they want to charge me the one cleaning they did. Expedia should ban this property, double charges, no parking, cleanings paid not done. A terrible experience Johann Koller

hotal app is a bit tricky

i like the place and everything but hotel app shows the price withe out the cleaning vat it was around 120£!!!!!! only they let you know after reservation by email!!!!!!!!! but i like the place and the location
