「服务人员的态度都挺好的，第一天晚上暖气不热，第二天早上去找前台，马上安排工人来修好了，就是被褥不干净，被罩很薄，里面的被子很脏很旧，枕头也特别不舒服，就像是用旧的棉花套子做的枕头似的，我没办法了，把另外一床被叠起来当枕头用了，总之就是床上用品太差了，再有就是洗澡的设施太陈旧，地漏也不畅通，是我住过的酒店条件最差的一个了。」

「This is a large hotel with a large car park. The main car park is often full but there is an overflow carpark a little bit further round the hotel. You must register your number plate with the hotel immediately as the private parking company that looks after the car park patrol frequently. The rooms are clean and tidy (a bit like a Travelodge) with a kettle and some tea /instant coffee. Nice clean bathroom and we had a superior double room which had a view out over the harbour rather than...
