Liked: Centrally located and within close distance to everything or public transportation to get you there. All staff was very helpful and accommodating. Dislike: the lighting in the room was somewhat deficient, it was too dim and hard to see. The light in the bathroom was the opposite, very bright (not a bad thing but waking up in the middle of the night it lit the whole room up).

Historical building located 3-4 floors in the heart of the city. Very clean and confortable rooms; some with jacuzzi. Next-door restaurant. Offers inside private parking. Downside: challenging for people with physical disabilities and senios to go up-and-down since there is no elevator.

Lower staff was friendly and helpful with a smile every time. The receptionist accidentally shot the gate as I was geting in the driveway. The manager was just wasting my time, she was very rude and arrogant. My insurance endup solving this essue due to the lock of respond from the hotel manager. Everything was video in the hotel surveillance system.

Hotel is clean, friendly personel, beds and pillows are hard for my liking. Rooms and beds are cleaned every day. The only downside are that the doors are mostly glass and you can hear every single noise.I think they need to charge the doors to make Rooms more private

Not all rooms have A/C. I made the mistake and reserved a simple room. After the first night the front desk was able to change us to a Deluxe room with A/C. The deluxe rooms also have a more comfortable bed. We will stay again next time we come to this city.

We were very happy with the location of this property it was prime. Everything was walkable. The room was also very clean as well as the property grounds. Check in was easy even though the girl who checked us in was not very nice. We asked for early check in since we had an overnight flight and had not slept and she told us early check in was not allowed at the hotel. We returned a few hours later the was another girl at the reception desk and she checked us is early no problem. The A/C in our room did not work it blew stale room temperature air. Maintenance was called and they said it was working properly. The room cooled down in the evening but was hot during the day. You could not leave the window open for fresh air because the window and screen were reversed. The screen was on the inside of the window and the window on the outside so anybody outside could have freely opened the window. We arrived to our room Saturday Evening to find the business 2 doors down on fire. We were the first people to notice the fire we reported it to the front desk and she was unconcerned and did not call emergency services. The next day we found out from a couple in the room next door to us that the entire hotel was evacuated besides us. I don’t want to be a complete downer on this place it was very nice and great location I think we just had a bad experience.

Our room was way too small for four people. Our beds were supposed to be queen beds but end up being twin beds no air-conditioning just a ceiling fan the tv cable didn’t work all the time. No shower curtain in the shower so the water went everywhere whenever we took a shower we found roaches in our room twice! Definitely will never stay here again or recommend it!!!

I definitely didn’t like this hotel. The rooms were misrepresented in the website. The room did not look anything like it did on their website and we found roaches in our room twice. There was no curtain in the shower so the water went all over the place when we took a shower the beds were supposed to be queen beds and then ended up being twin beds super small for four people. The room was super small, it had no closet, no desk, no chair to sit on and the TV Cable went off pretty much all the time so we couldn’t watch TV when we were in the room and the AC ended up being a ceiling fan I would definitely not stay here ever again and I would not recommend it!!

Definitely not what I expected. When I book this property the pictures on their website show you something totally different, nothing like what I was expecting and looking for. I’m very disappointed the room was way too small for 4 people there was no hot water in the shower, it was missing the shower curtain so the water spill all over to the toilet. There was no air conditioning only a small fan on the ceiling 😡😡 I will never come to this hotel again or recommend it to anybody.
