「I was quite disappointed with my stay at the Hard Rock Hotel. The location was not ideal for exploring on foot, and to make matters worse, my room (209 on the 2nd floor) was incredibly noisy. 「The entire Hacienda was magnificent. I’ve stayed in some pretty nice places, but this place was next level. It’s amazingly preserved, holds the charm and character of history everywhere you look. The staff are so nice and I can’t speak Spanish but we had lots of fun using the iPhone translators. The horses and animals are well kept and healthy, the owner Monica whom I got to meet and spend time with, made me feel part of their Mexican family :) 」

「Excellent stay. Everyone is very helpful and nice. The room was very comfortable and clean. The fact that they have breakfast included and parking available is also appreciated. I have friends coming in a few months and we’re going to stay here when we go back to Guadalajara. I also want to add that the location is perfect. It’s very quiet and only a block and a half to all the activity in the center of Tlaquepaque. I Highly recommend. 」
