"The hotel was good. Normally I would give it FOUR stars. But.... THE BATHTUB IS A DEATH TRAP. Room 209. I don't mean to criticize the management. They might not be aware of this. But for any room, especially a handicapped accessible room, to have a bath tub that is so insanely slippery will eventually result in injury (and lawsuits.) I've never experienced anything like that in hundreds of hotel stays. WHY am I writing this here instead of quietly contacting management? Because I want to make...

"Friendly staff at the front desk and great location. I appreciated that it was pet friendly. Door to parking lot and pet area was never opened and when I asked the maintenance guy if he was opening it, I got snarky response. My dog discovered lots of leftover “stuff” in the room, like lighter and broken pieces of furniture under the bed. Since parking lot door wasn’t open the only convenient and open parking was for diamond club members. Only one elevator was working and it was beyond slow."
