「Basically you never make mistake when staying by NH Hotels. But this time, it was a mess. I made reservation thru Hotel.com and it shows breakfast included. When we check in at first day, staff asked us to pay for breakfast and we refused, ask them to check with Hotel.com. 2nd. day, staff asked us again to pay breakfast and we insist don't pay, it's problem between NH and Hotel.com. Then, few hours later, they apologized for this mistake, everything was solved. 3rd. day when we check out, NH...

「We stayed 2 nights before our Galapagos cruise and 1night after that. At the first stay, we received a special service and staff were. Very helpful and nice. The rooms were good and the breakfast was wonderful. But we were not so happy that the trash bin in the bathroom doesn’t have a lid… (we must trash toilet paper into the bin, not flush the paper into the toilet) and also there are no towel hangers for shower.. So hope it can be improved in the future! Thank you for your hospitality!」
