Lovee this Hotel. Great location, right in the center of the Historic Center. Staff was super friendly and nice! Also has its own underground parking, located behind the hotel… Lourdes was such a helpful lady and was also super nice. The room we got was decent and had a good view of the street through the balcony.

The staff was awesome. The location was perfect and centered in a prime location. The room was a dated. Overall this hotel worked out well for our 4day stay.

la verdad las instalaciones que publican no tienen nada que ver con las instalaciones reales. Es un hotel que cumple, pero no con lo que ofrecen. Su precio nada que ver con lo que ofrecen.

This hotel is older and our room was pretty basic. We had a dog friendly room. The hotel is very central and walkable to many sights, restaurants and shopping. Staff were friendly and helpful. Quite a noisy location, lots of loud celebrations going on until the wee hours.

Room was small ,but bed was comfortable. We upgraded to room with a balcony and view of city was absolutely beautiful. However come 10 o'clock there was so much noise coming from what I think was a night club across the way. Sleepless night for sure as music was blasting until 3 am. We are in our 40's so I must say that environment wasn't for us but i think if you are young and like to party this is definitely a hotel to consider. :)

Es como la 4a vez que llegó a este hotel, y me gusta porque está muy convenientemente situado. Pero en esta ocasión lo ví algo descuidado. El wifi conseñal débil, muy lento. El desayuno frío, una lámpara no funcionaba. Ahora es pet friendly pero escuchaba los ladridos de un perro.

Horrible place. Started out in the wrong room. I got a king size and it was two full size. When we brought it up they said they would change it but it would take 2 days. When we changed it the heater didn’t work or the blow dryer. Just a horrible experience all around. Also one of the nights there were kids out in the hallway yelling and running until 3am and not once did they stop when we told the front desk. The front desk did nothing to help so I got no sleep because we had to be up at 7am. Thanks for nothing. I will never go to another hotel. Airbnb is so much better! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

En si, el hotel esta bien, pero deben nejorar el servicio de su recepcionista, Llegue a hacer mi check in. La persona que estaba en recepción, estaba en el celular, ponia muy poca atencion, preguntó como fue el medio de reserva y mencione que fue por expedia, sin pedir nombre ni numero de confirmación, menciono que no existía la reserva. Asi me tuvo por 30 minutos. Fue hasta que me puse en contacto con atención de cliente de expedia como fue que se comunicaron con el hotel y aun asi dojo. Un agente encontró la reservacion pero falta ver que yo la tenga aqui. Y siguió tardandose y después de otros 30 minutos la encontró.

If you are looking for a very affordable place this is the one … it’s quite and clean and the location is prime , registration was easy … I have a couple comments you guys can have an improvement , I would like help desk would be a little bit different… you guys shouldn’t be able to do check in not only via whatsup due that I’m one of the only of the very few people in Mexico or in the world of not have social media by choice, and it was a little bit hard for me to do a check in , second - it’s no phones in the rooms, the place was a little bit outdated, but for the money I paid I’m not complaining at all , I only stayed one night and it was very convenient for me because it was very centric and walking distance from cathedral Church , I will recommend this place if you are a little bit tight on your budget, Thank You.

Las instalaciones son sencillas y un poco viejas pero por el precio son adecuadas. El problema es el servicio, principalmente en el restaurante que es lento. Su horario establece que abre a las 7 am y a las 7.30 apenas pude comer algo. No són groseros ni nada pero no hay un esfuerzo por cumplir con los servicios en tiempo y forma.

Se reservaron dos habitaciones las cuales puedo comparar, una de ellas al entrar olía siempre a humedad, no contaba con control remoto para la televisión la cual la parecer solo tenía canales abiertos, en el área del restaurante las fundas (blancas) de las sillas estaban sucias. Me gustó la ubicación del mismo en el centro de la ciudad y el precio es razonable para la zona.

Al llegar, no tienen servicio de valet parking, el estacionamiento es pequeño y no el suficiente para los huéspedes en el hotel, se tiene que estacionar uno en la calle, pudiendo sufrir algún daño en el coche. No tenían la información sobre el pago de las dos habitaciones, se tardaron más de media hora en entregarme la primera habitación, 15 minutos después, me entregaron la segunda habitación, les tuve que hacer llegar el recibo de pago de las mismas. Al llegar a las habitaciones, las camas estaban sucias, no cambian la ropa de cama de una estancia anterior, los baños se encontraban sucios, el piso sucio de la anterior estadía de huéspedes.
