「As we live in Colombia, the location was OK for us, however, still being cautious, we had the hotel order taxis for us. It is a bit of a drive back to the Walled City & any beaches, but we found only a couple dollars more that if we had been closer. Staff was awesome. We liked have the little frig in the room, there was a microwave we could use AND there are snacks & drinks available in the lobby. We are keeping this on our future visit to Cartagena list . . . Thank you to all. 」

「It is a nice place for a few days not 7. Due to it is an island all items are imported in including water. Which causes water to be shut off at night. So go potty before 8pm. Also the limit transportation off and island can be a problem. Hope you don’t get sea sick easy as the boats are fast at times. But for three days it is a nice place to stay very remote. Staff was awesome though food breakfast was the best. The local vendors can be a pain with trying to sell stuff and massages but hotel is...

Well, I kept the shower and sink taps running for over 1 hour but still cold. Even checked the gas tanks with the receptionist who pressed the ignition switch several times but still no hot water. He then confirmed there will be no hot water on the day I stayed and said it actually happens all the time! Also: missing cover under duvet (which was dirty),...
