「As we live in Colombia, the location was OK for us, however, still being cautious, we had the hotel order taxis for us. It is a bit of a drive back to the Walled City & any beaches, but we found only a couple dollars more that if we had been closer. Staff was awesome. We liked have the little frig in the room, there was a microwave we could use AND there are snacks & drinks available in the lobby. We are keeping this on our future visit to Cartagena list . . . Thank you to all. 」

「The window was out in the bathroom, which made mosquitos a problem. Otherwise, the room was fine and the staff were super helpful with getting set up with WiFi and getting transportation to the airport」

「NOT GOOD, SMELLS, MOLD, MOSQUITOS BITES, BATHROOM DO NOT HAVE A SHOWER HEAD OR CURTAIN, WATER ACUMULATES IN THE FLOOR FROM LEAKING WATER COMING FROM UNDER THE SINK AND WHEN YOU COMPLAINT TO THE STAFF THEY DO NOT DO ANYTHING TO FIX IT.」

「The view was absolutely amazing the room was nice clean and cozy and the staff were helpful and friendly not a lot of them spoke English so when you go do brush up on your Spanish 」

「Stayed for 3 nights and had a great experience. Customer service was great also. I dined in a few mornings at the restaurant. Food and pricing were awesome. Would definitely recommend if you’d like to be close to the airport and not to far from the downtown area.」
