"Everything about the accommodation was excellent, especially the staff! Despite the communication struggles, they were very helpful and provided great service during my stay. The free shuttle service to the ski resort was also extremely useful as they would drive you to your desired resort and pick you up at your specified time. "Hotel is in super condition, quiet for a great retreat. The staff was excellent in their service with friendly smile and greeting. The season bring wonderful views of the changing season seasons, leaves falling from the tree from the wind gush. "ゴルちゃんと触れ合いたい、温泉に入りたい、美味しいご飯を食べたい、バラを見たい、ぼーっとしたい、全てを満たしてくれるペンションでもう大満足でした！！！ 駐車場に着いた瞬間、4匹が顔出してこっちを見ている光景はゴル好きにはもう嬉しすぎました(T . T)♡ 犬好きなのに犬アレルギーなのですが、寄ってきてくれるけど飛び付いたりせず大人しく待っててくれるので触ったり写真撮ったり問題なく楽しく触れ合えました。 食事もどれも美味しかったのですが、焼き立てのクロワッサンは今まで食べた中で一番美味しかったです。また食べたいです。 部屋も綺麗で畳でゴロゴロしながら外眺めたりマンガ読んだり下にいるゴルちゃん観察したりとても寛げました。 ローズガーデンも想像していたよりも広くいろいろな花がたくさん咲いてて、とっても綺麗でした。これは映えるスポットですね！ 温泉は3つもあり全て貸切！他の人を気にせずのんびり過ごせるのはとても気持ち良かったです。 オーナーご家族様、ステラ、トキト、クイーン、コスモ幸せな時間をありがとうございました。 また絶対行きたいです！"

Dinner menu was delicious with good choices and nice presentation of the food. Dinner is about 6 courses. This hotel was only opened in Nov 22, well kept with auto checking in and checking out. They provide shuttle bus to station at 9.15/10.15 in the morning and pick up services at Jomokagen station at 14:55/15:55...
