Room was clean although it did smell of stale smoke. The food at the pub was good and on the whole staff were helpful.

Penhelig Arms
There were power cuts in the village which caused a multitude of problems for the staff but they went the extra mile and did everything they could to make all the guests as comfortable as possible. On that basis alone, we would highly recommend.

Macdonald Plas Talgarth Holiday Resort
Difficult to assess as visited in early March, so very much out of season. No hot food on premises. Swimming pool cool (heating issues) on the two occasions we tried, Steam room and jacuzzi were OK, Sauna was out of action. Pool Showers out of action on first visit. D12 Treetops
D12 treetops at Clarach bay is a lovely setting. Family friendly and lovely staff. We had hot water and good recycling facilities. The site was perfect. However, some of our bedcovers had chocolate on them!!! We found spares to use instead. The green headboard on the main bedroom had a strong smell ...
