「Check your email before arriving for the checking instructions, they ask to fill up a form with your passport information. This is an amazing location place, you get what you pay. Very close to Shibuya crossing. Nerby 7-Eleven have better supplys」

「Hot water was an issue. Talk to owner and they said there was a message about the hot water which I did not receive. Over all it was a great spot and would definitely rent again if hot water situation get handled 」

「This was a convenient place to stay at during our 15-day visit to Japan with at 3 different locations. We stayed 2 days here. This one was walking distance from Shibuya and very close to the train station. I was traveling by train so I don't know how the parking situation was. I did have an issue checking-in because the code wasn't working and to contact the person took quite some time (like 10-15 minutes) so for a while we were outside wondering what to do if the directions were not working....

「This apartment is in such a good location! Very clean, quiet, comfortable mattress, shower with good heat and water pressure, nice washing machine, nice kitchen. The two queen beds are squeezed in one room, so you have to climb over one mattress to get to the other. There was only two of us on this trip, so we did fine. Very close to the train station. 「We enjoyed our stay in Oak Stay Shibuya 5, we stayed there for 5 nights with 3 adults and 3 children. Easy communication with Jacob. Gives us lots of information and suggestions. The place is highly recommended as very close to the hatsudai station, nearby 7 eleven, and mcdonalds very handy especially for a last minute essential or for a snack on the way home.
