「This was our second time visiting Costa Rica and our second stay at the hotel. The staff were so friendly, professional and extremely helpful. The wait staff were amazing and friendly, we had a late night dinner and drinks after a long travel day and all was delicious and promptly served. The lobby and bathrooms were so clean and organized. 「We needed a quick one night stay after flying into San Jose at midnight and this place was perfect! Breakfast was delicious and the shuttle was seamless. We almost always get placed in an accessibility room when we book through Expedia, which is very interesting since we're young and active adults. But they switched our room for us with no problem. It's just annoying! Is this an Expedia issue? Anyways, our stay was exactly what we needed, nonetheless! 」

「Lovely, ample eco-friendly rooms in a tranquil setting. Large garden dips down into the forest. The staff (all family) are helpful and kind. Plan on 10-15 minutes on a tight curvy road to get to restaurants but the hotel location is worth it.」
