「Walked in and lobby looked and smelled like a 1979 bowling alley. I was exhausted and had a long day so I grab the keys to the room. The hallway to the room and the room itself still had a musty cigarette smell, so went straight back to front desk. Booked through Expedia so hotel couldn’t give me a refund. When I called Expedia they said the hotel refused to give me a refund initially and then after 2 hours on the phone they refunded only 1 of the 2 days. Ernie is a poor example of hotel...

「Everything was clean, comfortable, and staff were all extremely helpful. There was construction happening during our stay but I never heard anything. Parking lot spaces were limited however absolutely no problem parking on the grass at the side of the building as directed. Great place and would stay here again.」

「Our room smelled like weed. The room keys frequently stopped working and needed to be replaced. It was very inconvenient. I asked to be placed close to the elevator but we were probably the third room away from the end of the hallway.」
