"Did not use the restaurant or bar services. The room was spacious and lovely with lots of toiletries and a beautiful view of the harbour overlooking the rose garden. The concierge helped us with umbrellas, stores our lugg6ungil departure and arranged a taxi van for 4 of us to cruise terminal quickly and efficiently. Really enjoyed this very Grand hotel! "

The staff were incredibly polite and helpful throughout our stay and the hotel had a nice calm, luxury feeling to it. The facilities were excellent and everything felt very well maintained. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Yokohama!"
