「We came here at night time and left the next day in the afternoon to get some rest for the 23 hours transit in Istanbul.
The staff were super helpful, professional, polite and spoke English very well.
The room was clean and didn’t have any issues at all.
The staff member in the name of Mussa or Mossa(Hopefully I typed it correctly) was beyond helpful and professional. Thank you so much for having such staff and for having Mussa or Mossa specifically.

「Ich war sehr zufrieden!
Mehr als nur ein 2 Sterne Hotel in meinen Augen.
Service war freundlich, Zimmer mehr als Sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt.
Alles hat funktioniert.
Trotz der Zentralen Lage, war das Hotel Nachts nicht laut.
Keine hellhörigen Wände.
Ich werde definitiv immer wieder kommen.

「I came to Istanbul to attend a wedding and stayed here with my mother. The hotel was amazing, the staff were extremely helpful, always positive and their English was great! The room was clean. The hotel is extremely close to Beşiktaş central seaside(5 minute walking distance) as well as various transportation routes. I’d definitely recommend this hotel! Hope to stay here again. 」

「It was a great pleasure to stay at Crowne Plaza. The restaurant on the 6/F is excellent with great view and lively music. The food selection is food. Very helpful from the team especially Sercan who provided a lot of tips and advice where to go and eat. Location of the hotel is good too as it closes to the pier and we can take ferries to avoid the congestion from land transport. Also would like to mention the great service from Ugur who helped to arrange the taxi service in a rainy day. Super...
