「Check in was great, he was very attentive and kind. Checkout was a little weird. Asked for late checkout and was told it was okay but then suddenly I was being yelled at to get out. Room being called etc. Told I only had 5 minutes so I said ok will leave now. Then she started shouting at my Mom who has a heart condition and I was like OK I already told her. It made an already stressful situation worse.」
