"The hotel was stunning. We unfortunately came in foggy weather so did not get to enjoy the views but the bungalow was so cosy and comfortable. It has good working air con/heating and an electric blanket in the bed as it was cold when we were there. It's so clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was lovely, the little wooden tub was so cute and made for a lovely hot bath. It was clean. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. They accomodated early check in as soon as a room was available and offered shower facilities in the meantime and allowed us to enjoy breakfast as we had arrived very early following the sleeper train. Amazing stay, 100% come here if you're staying in Sapa. It's very central to the shops, restaurants and Sapa station. You can walk to Moana from here too, about 15 minutes downhill."

"The staff were lovely and responsive however the room was very basic. Towels were threadbare, shower sprayed the whole bathroom, every door and cupboard creaked, the couch couldn’t be sat upon for fear it would break and the room was very difficult to heat (we stayed in Jan). The breakfast options were always cold ( other than the freshly cooked eggs). Unfortunately we wouldn’t stay here again."
