10/10 Exceptional! (1 review)
Great location. Close to everything in the Bay Area.
It is a newly renovated property. Room and bathroom are clean and stylish. Spacious bathroom and high ceiling made the room feel bigger than it is.
The staff was very attentive to my online inquiry and helpful with the checking process.
Only the downsides were that the parking wasn’t free, and there were only stairs (no elevator) in the property. So be mindful if you have heavy luggage.
But overall highly recommended and great cost performance.

8.8/10 Excellent! (319 reviews)
We stayed there for four nights. The worst part is the breakfast they served。 It is hard to continue eating there for four days . Compared to more than 30 hotels we have stayed in Hokkaido past two years, the breakfast they serve is rated S mediocre！very few choices and very poor in quality.
