Affordable, clean, room are super spacious, very suitable for small family (mine is family of 3). Get to experience public bath and onsen. Strategically located - near to many eateries and walkable to main attractions like Zao Ropeway

We had a large Japanese style room. The onsen was good. Breakfast at the nearby hotel on the way to the ski lifts was a bargain for 980 yen!! It is about a 15 minute walk to the nearest supermarket

We loved: (1) the spotlessly clean and spacious room and communal areas (2) the view of trees and the sound of the river outside our room (3) relaxing in the hotel's indoor and outdoor hot spring pools (4) helpful staff. The only thing that could be improved would be teabags (お茶 or black tea), either for free in the room or to purchase from the front desk.

由巴士總站行上酒店約八分鐘，舊式酒店保養得宜，房間都清潔乾淨要有的都有，入住時接待老人家很落力介紹和講解唔錯，溫泉好舒服有外內二個但比較細，另一溫泉區有蒸氣浴但要同女方互換中晚，但留意晚上沒什麼食市有一間便利店所以最好用餐後入住

Older building, but it’s clean and spacious for our family of three inside the Japanese style room. Comfortable is warm, pillows is ok. There is onsen inside the hotel. But there’s shower and sink and bathroom too, inside the Japanese style room where we stayed. Outdoor onsen was not available the time when we stayed because of the heavy snow. But there’s private onsen for rent hourly! Free bread and coffee for breakfast 0739-0830 (very short period of time) One receptionist speaks English well.
