「The accommodation is off-roads, 2-3 kms, needing a 4-wheeler drive (which the staff will pick you up on) to access. It is a bit remote, and takes a narrow dirt path, so I recommend arriving before dusk.
The rooms are cute & comfy. There are telephone networks in the property, so Internet isn't an issue.

「Lucky, i saw four leopards, two in evening safari and two in morning. Even we weren’t the first car arrived but the diver/guider can find the best locations to us for taking picture once the leopard moving. It is because he can estimate the animal behavior with well-known of yala national park. He is Achi, one of the best safari driver and guider. 「Seemed the best hotel in the area. Room big with a terrace leading to the very attractive large pool with the lake and a tree house to climb. Monkeys about who were fun to watch. Breakfast more to Asian tastes than mine but French toast, potato’s, fruit and breads available.It was very quiet during our stay with more staff than guests! Good choice for Yala but recommend the wild edge restaurant opposite in the evening for a drink.」

「The room was ok, with good views of the lake, but found lots of creepy crawlies and insects in our room

J'avais résérvé une chambre mais a mon arrivée il n'y en avait pas alors on m'a proposé le dortoir au meme tarif se que j'ai refusé et aprés discussion j'ai obtenu une tente-chambre.

「Hi, the property was nice, but in the middle of the rice fields. They did not serve dinner, so you have to take a tuktuk to town.

「All in all, happy to stay here, just be prepared to do a lot of extra work to check-in.
The location is incorrectly indicated on Facebook, TripAdvisor & hotels.com, and is 10km north of Tissa. Easily accessed by public transit if you've got the correct address. Make sure they know you're coming, as they were unaware I had made the reservation.
