J'avais résérvé une chambre mais a mon arrivée il n'y en avait pas alors on m'a proposé le dortoir au meme tarif se que j'ai refusé et aprés discussion j'ai obtenu une tente-chambre. 「Well, we should have a good experience there since it locates in the nature. But the management is poor because they charged us twice! I booked the hotel on hotels.com and paid immediately, but after coming back our country, I checked my bills and found the hotel charged one more time through my credit card! After complaining this situation to hotel.com, the hotel is still processing and hasn's reply for one week! What a shame!」

「All in all, happy to stay here, just be prepared to do a lot of extra work to check-in. The location is incorrectly indicated on Facebook, TripAdvisor & hotels.com, and is 10km north of Tissa. Easily accessed by public transit if you've got the correct address. Make sure they know you're coming, as they were unaware I had made the reservation. If you can't find their phone #, try them on Facebook, or worst case scenario, go to to their Tile & Bathroom Shop, next to Sampath Bank... Don't...
