"別莊佳景的溫泉池及池畔風景非常優. 有室內池和室外池，非常適合家族或好友同行. 我覺得不優的是服務人員省著用和語言溝通上的不易. 當日接車的外籍小姐兼職司機、入住協助、第二天接車安排，最後希望我們再寫email確認. 第二天早餐的送餐阿姨除了送餐外、又要比手畫腳確定接車安排（雖然已經再度發送email)…感覺上飯店沒有比較正式的服務中心，感覺人力精簡到有點誇張."
